About Brandie Warren

Hey there! I'm Brandie Warren, a licensed Real Estate Professional here in Houston, TX. Born and raised on the South side of town, I am the daughter of an Army Veteran and have 18 siblings! I guess it's safe to say I'm a people person haha!

I entered Real Estate from the investment side of the business, beginning with an AIRBNB property that was very successful, and since have furthered my knowledge in Airbnb, Fix and flip properties, first-time investment, and single-family homes. "A home is not an investment unless you intentionally use it for that purpose." I enjoy the benefits of passive income through investments and I love showing people how to do this with real estate.

Prior to real estate and after completing my service in the U.S. Army I spent years as a mail carrier, exploring different parts of the city and networking with thousands of business and real estate owners. That has provided me with countless connections to lenders, investments, contractors and the list goes on.
